two perspectives

Ladana is a Cambridge certified coach with a diploma in psychologically minded coaching and systems coaching and is now working towards her PhD in Transformative Studies.

For much of Ladana’s professional career as a leader in one of the largest financial advisory firms, she imagined a different, more human work environment, often questioning whether it was possible to make a shift from Work as a means of survival, to Work as a platform for human thriving. She began to challenge the fear-based, hyper-competitive environment she had grown up in and decided she wanted to be part of a tribe that imagines and creates a better work experience—one that is not based on fear and survival, but excitement, curiosity and growth.

Ladana has since combined her deep compassion for others, her love of learning and exploring, and her experience working within a complex organization to create a new path for helping others find their own, healthier ways of understanding and being. She now helps organizations and teams look beyond what she calls the “Theater of Work” in order to create a sense of safety, so that leaders can face themselves and each other more authentically and grounded in a healthy power.

Based in Prague, Czech Republic, Ladana has spent many years deep diving into new experiences and practices, taking movements for social change and exploring their roots in religious and philosophical thought and practice. She hopes to support leaders on the journey of self-discovery and integration in the context of leadership and life. Her personal values are humanistic in nature and heavily influenced by Carl Rogers.

What story do you wish to tell, and how do you want to show up within that narrative? Through a mindful and experiential approach, rooted in Narrative Coaching, I walk alongside individuals as they discover, access, and reconnect with their inner stories, enabling them to better navigate the accelerating complexities and turbulence of our times.

By viewing challenges and situations through a narrative lens, I believe that we unlock fresh insights, enhance our intuitive skills and nurture creativity within ourselves, our teams, and our organizations.

My approach is grounded in over 20 years of experience as an effective communications advisor to CEOs and C-suite executives where I engaged with leaders in the development and sharing of stories that helped nurture human connection and drive positive change.
